"Proair was fantastic. My boyfriend and I recently moved back to Lakeland from Colorado. We decided to take up residence in a relative's house that had not been occupied for two years. Needless to say the air conditioner was completely out of freon, and was blowing hot, miserable air. The first place I called didn't even answer, the second place was Proair. As promised, the technicians, Tim and James arrived later in the afternoon, and were perfectly pleasant and professional. They checked for leaks, filled the freon, AND even knocked a little off the price since they had to fill the entire tank. I am currently writing this review from an ice-cold house one day later. We are happy campers!"
My HVAC unit had started to go out and I wasn't quite sure what the issue was. I called this company after searching online. Tim arrived same day and took a look at my unit and determined that the motor had to be replaced. He got the part in under an hour and was back to work on it. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Tim was such a nice guy. His price was very reasonable.
I love that this is a family owned business. You rarely see the actual owner come out to your home and work, but I was very happy that he did. This company has gained a lifetime customer. Thank you all so much!
When friends found out we were no longer satisfied with the ac company we'd used for 25 years, they referred us to their guy Tim at Pro Air. From my first contact with Pro Air I knew they were a different company. I received a text right away confirming the appointment and the amount that would be due. I was sent a reminder the day before the appointment and a text when Tim was actually on his way. When Tim got to our home, he listened as we told him the issue we were having and within minutes of his evaluation he located our problem. He then gave us a cost to properly repair it and had the work completed within the hour. He did a thorough check of our entire system and assured us the issue was completely resolved. We are very pleased with Pro Air and will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them!
